I am an independent practicing Company Secretary (an associate member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India, with a bachelor's degree in commerce and having overall three and half years of corporate experience with two and half years in independent practice. I provide corporate secretarial, legal, and other consultancy services to individuals & corporates. The firm has been serving a whole gamut of services ranging from company incorporation to regulatory compliances with ROC, RBI, various stock exchanges to the domestic clients, and has been able to establish a long-lasting relationship with the valued clients.
