About MyMind Gains

My educational background includes an MA in clinical psychology. I have a bachelor's degree where I studied industrial psychology from St. Andrews College, and a graduate certificate in child counseling, and guidance from SNDT Women's College. I have worked as a school counselor and have taken up various internship programs at Lokmanya Tilak Hospital, Thane Mental Hospital, and Pune Rehabilitation Center. My great passion is bringing healing to people who have been through traumatic/stressful experiences. I help my clients, who include children, adults, and families, to find healthy perceptions of themselves. I believe that no single approach is the right one for every individual, and so I have been trained in a range of modalities including psychometric testing, relational gestalt therapy, somatic experiencing, gestalt play therapy, CBT, REBT, psychotherapy and psychoanalysis, aversion and desensitization techniques and approaches as a form of treatment.
