About Navya Jain

We at Being + Becoming use accessible creative processes as a means for therapy and intervention. Our main aim is to remove the stigma attached to mental health services and make it non-threatening for the youth. We also use our therapeutic methods to enhance skills and development of students and teachers. We use new-age expressive arts (EXA) based activities to create safe spaces for expression, increase self awareness & reduce stress and anxiety.
