Moving places is always a hassle. You worry about how your new place will be, what your new friends will be like, which locality you will live in (hopefully not too close to relatives), how long will it take to commute to work, who will cook the delicious food and keep the place kempt, when will you get back the internet connection, and the laundry list is long. But the most important of all is finding the right person you are going to share your flat with. And in all probability, it won't be just sharing a common space. But sharing a journey, a ride along which you will create a lot of memories. The same goes if your flatmate moves to a different location, it is again uncalled for the hassle and you need to find that awesomeness of your old flatmate again. 'Naya Roomie' is just an initiative to make this search of (flat)mate easy, easier to connect with like-minded people with similar backgrounds in terms of education, profession, and hometowns.
