About Nyaysahay Foundation

Established in 2021 on the 28th of February. Nyaysahay is a not-for-profit initiative by law students from various National Law Universities across the country. The organization aims to promote easy accessibility of justice by providing free legal aid and assistance to those facing obstacles in seeking justice through courts. The notion of equal justice fails to exist wherein the wealth of a person decides his/her fate. As aspiring lawyers, we firmly believe that legal aid to the poor and marginalized members of society is an instrument to empower the disadvantaged sections of society and assist the vulnerable, thereby ensuring that they do not get deprived of their legal rights.
