About us: Founded in 2017, ON PURPOSE exists to use the power of communications to drive social change in India. It works with clients and organizations in 5 broad areas: Climate Action, Public Health, Education, Gender and Tech4Good. The Culture We Proudly Offer: Our focus on building a safe and welcoming workplace for all has led us to innovate with policies like 6 days of paid leave for all menstruating employees'; 12 weeks of parental leave for all non-birthing people and a fixed lunch hour that is mentioned in our signatures. We also have a team of D&I Ke Gunde' who are trained to help us challenge our biases and create a more inclusive workplace.
