We, at Petfriends (Purdian Technologies Pvt. Ltd.), are solving the vaccination reminder problem with a cloud CRM for vet clinics and pet essentials instant delivery to pet owners. Petfriends was born to digitize pet care in India. The team consists of animal lovers who were raised alongside pets. Founded by alumni of premier institutes like BITS & NIT, Petfriends aims to be the one-stop pet care platform. Started in 2017, as a practice management CRM for vet clinics to solve vaccination reminder problems, Petfriends brought, first in the world, an artificially intelligent customer management system with cutting-edge technology for veterinary practices. In 2019, Petfriends launched pet essentials e-commerce platform with same-day delivery in Delhi NCR to solve the instant delivery problem of pet supplies. Petfriends is a DPIIT recognized startup under the Startup India by Govt. of India and YC SUS '19 graduate.
