RecruVia is India's first online legal recruitment marketplace platform. It has been founded by legal professionals with a vision to bring legal recruitment up to date with modern best practices. By providing a tech-enabled intuitive and easy to use the platform, we aim to put job seekers and employers directly in contact with each other, by removing intermediaries/headhunters/consultants - thereby seeking to avoid the inherent inefficiencies, conflicts of interest, and pitfalls of traditional recruitment models. By blending features of job boards, LinkedIn and application tracking systems, and highly customizing features for a specific sector, we intend to make tech-enabled recruitment more accessible to job seekers and employers beyond tier 1 cities, elite firms, and top college alumni.
