Roots Education started by Phoenix Training and Consultants is the brain-child of a team of young and visionary techies from the Silicon Valley of India - Bangalore. It is a unique initiative that focuses on the overall growth of a child, catering to not only academics but helping in the growth of personality while inculcating the right mindset in the child. We have a firm belief in the absolute potential of every kid regardless of what the report card says. We understand that even though marks are not everything in a student's life, getting good grades at the right time can enhance the growth of the student substantially. We at Roots, unlike most, believe in the lower cut-offs because we believe in our tutors, mentors, and more importantly in our own abilities that we have garnered in the last decade to transform any raw student into an overall performer.
