Silverline Fertilisers is a pioneer in the phosphate fertilizer industry in India, being the first in the country to import low-grade rock phosphate in bulk shipments for direct application. It was also the first private limited company to import ammonium sulphate in bulk shipments in the country. The company specializes in promoting its products by a novel - 'Techno Commercial' approach, benefitting both the farmers and dealers. It wishes to promote 'non-subsidized fertilizers' and has saved about $3 million dollars in the last 2 years for the Government of India in the form of subsidies.
