Solitaire Valley is an integrated township sprawled over a massive 200 acres and planned in 3 phases with the first phase of 13 acres set for delivery soon. Located on a well-planned highway with newly constructed flyovers and interjections enabling clutter-free traffic and very close to the Prayagraj airport, Solitaire Valley is one of the biggest amalgamations of residential, commercial, and retail outlets making it the talk of the town. With the basic civic infrastructure of the highest standards, it also possesses state-of-the-art amusement and recreational activities. The entire township is thoughtfully planned to give exemplary experience apartments, retail shops, studio apartments, themed villas, sports, and a lot more in phase I which is around 13 acres and has 1000 units. Being the only project of Allahabad to be awarded PMAY to develop units in partnership with the government of India and the government of Uttar Pradesh where we are developing around 288 units.
