Solomon Capital is into real estate services, investment management, retail private equity, and franchising. We do marketing, managing, designing, zoning, and leasing of income-producing malls, large shopping centers and high street related investment throughout India with special emphasis on grade A retail malls and shopping centers. We are responsible for scheming the strategy for securing pan India spread of shopping malls especially in Sec B and Sec C cities with special prominence on budget malls through national builders. Our experience spreads from investment banking, real estate investments, leasing, including research and consultancy for all retail clients.
