The inception of the Sushila Foundation was driven by a group of young corporate professionals who recognized their Social Responsibility to give back to society. We hold the conviction that sustainable change can only occur when members of the Civil Society are actively engaged in the development process. Embracing the principle of -Civic Driven Change,- the Sushila Foundation works to raise awareness among civil society, transforming them into partners in our mission. The Sushila Foundation is governed by a professionally managed Board of Advisors, consisting of individuals with diverse backgrounds and expertise. This board is supported by an Executive Committee and a well-defined professional workforce, ensuring the effective and efficient operation of our initiatives
