About Tathagat Sankritayan

I am a first-generation litigator. I've been around 9 years in the industry and I have managed to carve out a niche for myself and my partners. I am based out of Lucknow and due to e-courts and COVID, my practice has expanded to other cities. I am an NLU dropout; I dropped out of DSNLU and came back to Lucknow to attend courts. So I pursued BA.LLB (Hons) from Lucknow hoping to attend courts in Lucknow. Fundamental rights and human rights are something I protect and value. Hence, I did my LLM in constitutional law and I practice in Allahabad High Court, Lucknow Bench. I worked my way up from the grassroots level i.e. tehsil, DM office, district court, RERA, labor courts, etc. Over the years, I have realized that it's tough to make without background because no one teaches you this stuff. I am here to teach you exactly that. I am a partner in a law firm too and we work with a lot of startups; hard work and even harder parties!
