Empathy Matters Private Limited is an organisation that provides empathy education to organisations and institutions through experiential training, consulting, research and other creative strategies. The organisation's flagship initiative 'The Empathy University' offers workshops, webinars and certification programmes on empathy as a core emotional and organisational skill. The organisation has previously worked and is currently working with several global and Indian brands including Target, Swiss Re, Niveus (Google Partner), CANSA (South Africa), Taurus (Middle East), University of Wollongong, Heriot-Watt University, TEDxBangalore and several small to medium tech organisations and startups. The organisation has also partnered with the Defence Research and Development Organisation (DRDO) of India.
