We are a team of creative lads who are on the path to creating something new and useful every day. Our new venture 'Glad Connect', under the umbrella of 'The Rough Edge', aims to bridge the gap between buyers and sellers in the e-commerce industry. The current e-commerce market in India is a novice and still has a gigantic portion unexplored. Apart from selling, there is another element to e-commerce, that is after sales & customer support, which is hardly looked at.
