As a fast-growing company in the fitness/wellness space, we have expanded our virtual presence 8x since the pandemic began. After rebuilding our in-person services in 2021, we've seen a steady increase in revenue. Headquartered in Chennai, we specialise in strength training, both outdoors and virtual fitness. Our mission is to make fitness a keystone habit for everyone. Evolving from a 2-person team training ~100 clients in 2011, we now boast a 40+ member superstar team, who've helped a community of over 8000 people transform how they look, feel and function in their daily lives.
