About The Wishing Factory

The Wishing Factory is a registered, ISO certified, not for profit organization started in November 2015 that works for the welfare of thalassemia major and blood cancer patients in cities of Gujarat, Maharashtra, and Delhi. We work in four sectors i.e. fulfilling wishes, sponsoring education, sponsoring healthcare, and spreading awareness among the general public about pre-marital testing so as to eradicate thalassemia in the future. Thalassemia major is an inherited blood disorder in which the body makes abnormal hemoglobin. Thus, the patients' bodies do not have healthy red blood cells and need a blood transfusion every fortnight throughout their lives. These patients have a short lifespan and usually, fail to see their 30th birthday. To add to their happiness and make them feel loved, we fulfill their wishes. Seeing them happy gives joy to their parents and rebuilds the fighting spirit in the patients.
