Trinity Unicepts Private Limited (Unicepts) originated as a startup in 2010 with a unique idea, and we are not ashamed to accept the fact that we failed miserably. But we bounced back and started learning from our mistakes. In the fact-finding process, we learned that lack of 360 knowledge and partnership with unprofessional service providers was the biggest reason for our failure. So we started gathering the knowledge and start experimenting with it and started getting small successes. We also found that today lots of businesses and individuals need great (not good) professional service providers who can understand the anxiety of a business owner, has a passion for what they are doing, and are thorough professionals. Organizations need a strategic IT partner who has a lot of real-life experiences and know-how of bottleneck may arrive in future and who walks beside them holding the hands. And the journey started...
