I'm Tushar, a Holistic Health Coach and an engineer from IIT. My mission is to empower 10,000 engineers by December 2024 to transform their health using the unique "6 Pillars of Health" technique. Having personally experienced the challenges of engineering life, I understand the stress and pressure students face. That's why I'm dedicated to providing solutions that not only improve physical health but also enhance mental well-being, energy levels, and overall life satisfaction. With a proven track record of helping over 100 students at IIT Ropar, I'm now expanding my efforts to reach engineers across India through the Health Mastery Challenge.
