I founded Juskyfu, LLC to focus on real estate investment. As the managing director and owner, I oversee our operations, which involve purchasing homes, renovating them, and reselling them on the market. We have been successful in building a client base and have established connections with mortgage lenders, home inspectors, appraisers, and title agencies. We are now expanding into the digital marketing field and need to develop some web applications. If the business proves successful, we will consider hiring an intern for a permanent position to handle software development and maintenance.
