Founded in 2020 as a spin-off from URE Consulting LLP capital investing arm, URE Funding is based in India raising venture debt and private equity for start-ups, MSMEs, and corporates. We facilitate investment in start-ups to become corporate. By raising funds (VC/PE) by structuring various financial instruments in large and complex deals both in project financing & debt restructuring. We have strong expertise across all instruments and structured products, having hands-on experience in managing large debt syndication.
