With the goal of building India's most trusted brand for intercity travel, we are aggregating a fleet of buses delivering standardized travel experiences to the masses at an affordable price. In other words, we are trying to do intercity travel like Oyorooms did to budget hotels. More than two crores of Indians embark on intercity travel every day. Train tickets are mostly unavailable, the bus travel segment is dominated by unorganized travel operators and travelers' experiences more often than not are unpleasant. For the last couple of years, all of Zingbus' co-founders have been trying to solve this very pain point for budget intercity travel, one way or the other. We are a small team of highly motivated individuals all of whom have spent a fair share of their career solving intercity commutes. With the right resources, we plan to achieve a scale of 100 buses by the end of 2020. In the long run, Zingbus aims to become the strongest B2C brand in the intercity travel domain.
