About the job
Key responsibilities:

1. Support and assist our global partners & clients by collecting, summarizing, analyzing, and synthesizing their research needs to provide best in class solutions and customer experience
2. Leverage your sales, project management, research, analytical, and business skills to be a thought partner to our clients to prioritize research needs
3. Track, analyze, and work with our expert partners to address client research demands by identifying the most suitable subject matter experts for each project across geographies, industries, and domains
4. Manage and develop top-tier growth accounts (in the United States, London & Europe) to ensure the customer is delighted by maintaining customer relationship management and high renewal rates
5. Implement a comprehensive engagement and communications strategy that proactively maintains high customer satisfaction
6. Support customers and sales in post-sale activities in an effort to enhance the customer experience

Who can apply

1. Those who are from Mumbai and neighboring cities

2. Outgoing personality with the ability to speak with people at all professional levels

3. Business or finance graduate/post-graduate with excellent communication skills

4. Have at least 2 years of experience in sales, account management, or customer success within the financial sector or management consulting

5. Prior research experience and proven ability to work alone as well as in a team and work to tight deadlines is a plus

6. Excellent convincing, problem-solving, analytical, and quantitative skills

7. Sound understanding of financial, economic, analytical, and general business concepts

8. Excellent listening, written, and oral communication skills in English to facilitate

9. communication and interaction with all staff levels and customers

10. Ability to accomplish work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

11. Professional attitude, work standards, and service orientation

12. Ability to manage your own time and work under pressure and with a short lead times

13. Proficiency in Microsoft Office package

Duration: 3 months
Salary during probation: 20,000 - 25,000 /month
After probation:

Annual CTC: 3.5 - 4.5 LPA

Annual CTC breakup:

1. Fixed component: 80%

2. Variable component: 20%
