About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Designing and building mobile applications for the Android platform
2. Working on Android SDK, different versions of Android, and how to deal with different screen sizes
3. Identifying potential problems and resolving application bottlenecks
4. Fixing application bugs before the final release
5. Publishing application on the app store
6. Translating designs and wireframes into high-quality code
7. Designing, building and maintaining high performance, reusable, and reliable Java code
8. Ensuring the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of the application
9. Identifying and correcting bottlenecks and fixing bugs

Desired Qualification: B. Tech/B.E/MCA only

Experience with offline storage, threading, and performance tuning

Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical requirements

Familiarity with cloud message APIs and push notifications

Understanding of Google’s Android design principles and interface guidelines

Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git
