MBA (finance & project management) & B.E./B. Tech – computer science & IT
Total experience of 0-3 years in business analysis/quality assurance
Ability to run multiple projects concurrently
Experience with developing in-house test automation frameworks
Familiarity with automation testing, white box testing, functional, regression, and load testing
Proven experience in eliciting requirements and testing
Experience in analyzing data to draw business-relevant conclusions and data visualization techniques and tools
Familiarity with Agile development methodologies
Knowledge of generating process documentation
Strong written and verbal communication skills, including technical writing skills
Domain Expertise: Loan management system, treasury management system, asset-liability management systems, financials ERP, CRM solution, lending, payment, structuring, securitization, and credit origination
Annual CTC: ₹ 9,63,000 - 10,50,000 /year
Annual CTC breakup:
1. Fixed component: 80%
2. Variable component: 10%
3. Other incentives: 10%
