Associate - Business Operations Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Working with the business development team for preparation and dissemination of proposals & responding to RFP/REQs
2. Conducting primary and secondary research as required
3. Maintaining the internal CRM tools updated with all the relevant information
4. Liaisoning with legal and finance team for contract closures
5. Reconciling all consulting/training-related delivery activities and generating relevant reports on a periodic basis
6. Managing all post-delivery activities like invoice requisitions and tracking incoming payments
7. Working on feedback collation and analysis post-completion of client engagements
8. Managing the relationship with clients
