About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Work on end-to-end design & development of the application
2. Work on being a key player in complete product development
3. Understand the requirements and translate them into application features
4. Collaborate with team to set specifications for new applications
5. Write high fidelity source code to program complete applications within deadlines
6. Perform unit and integration testing before launch
7. Conduct functional and non-functional testing
8. Troubleshoot and debug applications
9. Document all the development tracks
10. Create packages and release the versions of applications

Other requirements

Bachelor's degree in computer science

Strong knowledge of computer programming & related field

6+ months’ experience of working as an application developer

Worked on least 1 project related to application development with the proven and independent contribution to the project

Proven work experience or strong knowledge of Java 8, JNI, C, C++, and related technical skills

Knowledge of programming for diverse operating systems (preferably Linux) and platforms using development tools

Working knowledge of the file systems, file structure, database, data structure, and file extensions

Excellent understanding of software design and programming principles

Thorough understanding of development lifecycle & experience of development methodologies, like waterfall and agile

Communication skills, including the ability to convey information to non-technical colleagues in a concise and clear way

Understanding of business processes and constraints.

Is up-to-date on new technologies

Working experience with SCM tools

Strong knowledge of low-level programming language

Software development analysis, unit, and functional testing skills

Documentation skills & strong knowledge of working with Linux operating system

Effectively able to work independently with little hands-on supervision delivering to aggressive timelines

Salary

Probation:

Duration: 3 months

Salary during probation: ₹20,000 - 25,000 /month

After probation:

Annual CTC: ₹ 3,00,000 - 4,80,000 /year

Annual CTC breakup:

1. Fixed component: 85%

2. Variable component: 15%
