About the job
Key responsibilities:

1. Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns
2. Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing content
3. Develop and manage website content
4. Find and target audiences
5. Coordinate cross-functionally to ensure consistency in brand-related decisions
6. Work on digital marketing, social media marketing
7. Analyze and report on brand performance to determine ROI
8. Monitor market and consumer trends
9. Develop pricing and distribution strategies
10. Plan, implement, and execute successful consumer and trade marketing programs (including brand strategic planning, market positioning, pricing, promotion, advertising)
11. Contribute to the annual brand planning process
12. Set brand planning calendar, coordinate cross-functional activities, and planning processes manage timelines, and ensure timely completion of all deliverables
13. Lead the development of strategies and objectives for building and executing year-round brand engagement through partnerships, social media, fan conventions, and other marketing vehicles
14. Utilize category and consumer insights to identify growth opportunities and drive innovation in product development as well as marketing initiatives
15. Collaborate with the sales team for specific strategies for clients
16. Represent the company and provide support as needed at various trade shows and conventions
17. Plan and execute events and promotions within fan communities
18. Provide reporting to allow proper measurement of marketing activities and strategic recommendations based on analysis of ongoing trade and consumer promotion programs
19. Monitor product catalog compliance and testing reports
20. Perform other duties as necessary to support the objectives of division and company
Skill(s) required

Who can apply

1. Master of fashion management (MFM) graduate preferred

2. 1+ years of marketing experience

3. Content creation skills

4. Fashion management degree

5. Excellent communication and organizational skills

6. Key initiative planning and execution

7. Consumer communication strategy, planning, and execution

8. Business and talent management

9. Strategic thinking

10. Written and oral presentations skills

11. Cross-functional project leadership

12. Needs to have 1+ years experience at least in the fashion and apparel industry

13. Sound knowledge of digital marketing
