Team Novus is headed by Mr. Unnikrishnan K.A, RCIC (B.A LL.B, IMCD) and Ms. Anupama Nair, RCIC (B.A LL.B, IMCD, (ACS)), both duly recognized by the Government of Canada through its authorized regulatory body - the Immigration Consultants of Canada Regulatory Council (ICCRC), along with Capt. Adarsh Madanan (BBM, PGD in strategic defense studies), director & head of India operations.
About the job
Key responsibilities:

1. Handle inbound and outbound international calls
2. Manage one-on-one meetings with clients (online and in-person consultations)
3. Liaise between the client and RCIC/lawyer through the core legal team as per the profiles
4. Work closely with our Canadian team (daily exchange of info and updates)
5. Work on blog writing on various relevant topics
6. Provide input for marketing ideas and concepts

Note: The job will start with a probation period of 3 months, during which the salary will be Rs 10000-20000/month based on the performance.

CTC: 3 - 4 LPA

CTC breakup

1. Fixed component: 80%

2. Variable component: 15%

3. Other incentives: 5%

Additional Information

You will be given options to switch domains if you have a keen interest in other aspects of business management, namely operations, digital marketing, client management, etc.


1. The firm will ensure that the selected employees will eventually transition into Canadian permanent residents at the end of 3/4 years.
2. The firm will train the team to polish their language skills (soft skills and written) and ensure that everyone receives a PGD (funded) & all aspirants are high on merit to attain a Canadian PR status.
3. The firm will take care of the complete application fee, one-time residency fee, and the lawyer's fee to apply.
4. This applies only to the candidates who complete a minimum of 3 years (mandatory) post probation with the Indian HQs.
5. A minimum 20% annual increment on CTC every year post the probationary period.
6. Highly commission-driven job profile, hence the money earned via commission is much more than the fixed salary. The commission/bonus commences once a candidate finishes the 1st year of service.
7. The candidates who outperform will be considered for the role of a team leader irrespective of the time spent within the organization.
8. The candidates willing to shift base (Delhi, Chennai, Hyderabad) will be given an option after completion of 1st year.
