Mr n Mrs Pet (MMP) is an angel-backed startup, which is also being backed and incubated by the Government of Rajasthan.

Mr n Mrs Pet is organizing and shaping ethical pet sourcing and parenting in India. India suffers from unethical breeding in puppy mills, disorganized pet adoption process with insecure payments, unethical re-sale of pets on listing platforms, uninformed pet parents, and inexperienced service providers. MMP is India's first pet-sensitive end-to-end platform that educates a potential pet parent and aggregates all essential services from sourcing to caring for pets. We now work from the recently inaugurated Bhamashah Technohub, the buzzword in the startup circle.
About the job
Key responsibilities:

1. Finding and onboarding good breeders and pet service providers
2. Maintaining healthy relationships with customers, breeders, and pet service providers
3. Making and managing sales opportunities through telephone and website requests
4. Following the company's processes and procedures
5. Asking questions and understanding the customer's needs and requirements
6. Achieving and maintaining rapport with customers and giving them the best possible service
7. Using a computer-based program to maintain customer information, quotation preparation, & orders
8. Following up on inquiries from customers to secure the order
9. Developing and maintaining a positive relationship with customers

Who can apply

1. Must be self-driven with the ability to maintain minimum sales quota requirements

2. Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken (Hindi and English)

3. Must be detail-oriented, organized, and consistent with customer follow-up

4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

5. Ability to work efficiently in a team as well as independently

6. A candidate who is an animal lover would be a plus

Salary

CTC: 3 - 4 LPA

CTC breakup

1. Fixed component: 80%

2. Variable component: 15%

3. Other incentives: 5%
