2. Excellent English and Hindi communication skills in speaking, writing, listening & reading (we will ask you to speak in person about a given topic in English and Hindi and write in front of us about a given topic in English and Hindi, watch a video in English and Hindi and write a summary of it, and read articles in English and Hindi)
3. Must have good computer typing speed in English (at least 30 words per minute)
4. Must have good convincing skills to sell your story (we will give you a product at random and ask you to make up a story so that you can convince the jury to sell it)
5. Must believe that persistence to work hard, improve, and innovate every day
6. Must have a positive outlook towards life and motivate peer group
