About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Identify potential clients in the target market and complete appropriate research on the prospective client's business and equipment needs
2. Develop relationships with prospective clients while maintaining existing client relationships
3. Partner with the sales teams to create contract-winning proposals for current and prospective clients
4. Negotiate contract terms with clients and communicate terms to stakeholders
5. Collaborate with the design and production teams to ensure contracted product specifications are executed on-time and as agreed
6. Be a subject matter expert for our business products, processes, and operations and remain up-to-date on industry news

Other requirements

Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in a related field

Proven working experience as a business development manager, sales executive, or a relevant role

Proven sales track record

Experience in customer support is a plus

Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g. Salesforce)

Proficiency in English

Blockchain and Cryptocurrency market knowledge

Communication and negotiation skills

Ability to build rapport

Salary

Annual CTC: ₹ 4,20,000 - 7,00,000 /year

Annual CTC breakup:

1. Fixed component: 80%

2. Variable component: 20%
