Graduates with 1-2 years of work experience
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Keen interest in conducting research coupled with sensing new changes in the market and evolving new strategies
Ability to build/nurture/grow a strong network of people and channels (internally and externally) for lead generation
A team player with a knack for adapting quickly, problem-solving, and multitasking
Commercially savvy with the ability to exercise discretion with respect to dynamic information about the business
Preferably has done B2B sales in the past - payroll, expense management, and procurement software
Hands-on experience with CRM software, drip campaigns, and LinkedIn scrapping tools would be a plus
Comfortable in playing with words
Annual CTC: ₹ 3,60,000 - 5,00,000 /year
Annual CTC breakup:
1. Fixed component: 80%
2. Variable component: 10%
3. Other incentives: 10%
