About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and building strong sales pipelines by scanning for business opportunities
2. Make outbound prospecting campaigns (emails, cold calling, social selling) to generate leads on local companies in Singapore
3. Set up meetings to understand customer needs and concerns to gather key prospect information
4. Generate interest and bring in successful customers often utilizing product demos and presentations
5. Supply management with reports on customers & sales
6. Prepare concise and accurate reviews with sales & financial data
7. Negotiate/Close deals and handle complaints or objections
8. Work on collating inputs of client feedback and presenting them to the team and management
9. Share your best practices and benefit from those of your colleagues

Other requirements

Graduates with 1-2 years of work experience

Strong communication and collaboration skills

Keen interest in conducting research coupled with sensing new changes in the market and evolving new strategies

Ability to build/nurture/grow a strong network of people and channels (internally and externally) for lead generation

A team player with a knack for adapting quickly, problem-solving, and multitasking

Commercially savvy with the ability to exercise discretion with respect to dynamic information about the business

Preferably has done B2B sales in the past - payroll, expense management, and procurement software

Hands-on experience with CRM software, drip campaigns, and LinkedIn scrapping tools would be a plus

Comfortable in playing with words

Salary

Annual CTC: ₹ 3,60,000 - 5,00,000 /year

Annual CTC breakup:

1. Fixed component: 80%

2. Variable component: 10%

3. Other incentives: 10%
