Business Development Executive Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Calling & converting the leads (90% inside sales and 10% outdoor meetings)
2. Calling on sales leads to convert into sales
3. Generating appointments
4. Planning and organizing weekly sales targets
5. Communicating with clients for pre-sales & post-sales
6. Following up with incoming leads
7. Generating prospects over the phone
8. Sending mailers & maintaining complete database & reports
9. Closing leads
10. Developing & maintaining a positive working relationship
11. Meeting clients and pitching them for products/services as per clients' needs
12. Preparing sales reports and strategy recommendations
13. Monitoring CRM sales reports and presenting weekly/biweekly sales reports to management with recommendations
14. Ensuring correctness of data at all times & reporting daily performance to the sales head
15. Ensuring meeting daily/monthly KPIs - Revenue, conversion%, average revenue per user, etc.
