XenonStack is looking for a business development executive for scaling cloud, big data, and AI operations across the globe (majorly US, UK, Europe, Australia, and GCC markets). Your role will be to seek new business opportunities by contacting and developing relationships with potential clients.
Key responsibilities:
1. Identify and define qualified leads from marketing campaigns, content marketing, email marketing, and referrals
2. Defines qualified leads for marketing and sales
3. Set up meetings or calls between (prospective) clients and consulting & solution team
4. Work on following up with the clients
5. Identify the business requirements of the client and define their business needs
6. Handle the client efficiently to increase customer experience
7. Build long-term trusting relationships with clients
Should have knowledge and experience in handling leads from marketing campaigns and content marketing
Knowledge of sales intelligence, virtual meetings through Zoom or Google Meet
Cold calling and excellent email writing skills
Excellent communication & strong listening and analytical skills
Should be a team player and result-driven
Strong documentation skills
Experience with at least one CRM software (Hubspot, Freshworks, or Salesforce)
Hands-on experience/knowledge with multiple sales techniques (cold calls, virtual meetings)
Strong lead generation and sales intelligence skills
Proven experience in a sales/customer service role
Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects
Excellent listening skills

Annual CTC: ₹ 3,60,000 - 5,00,000 /year
Annual CTC breakup:
1. Fixed component: 80%
2. Variable component: 15%
3. Other incentives: 5%
