About the job
Key responsibilities:

1. Prospect potential new clients and turn this into increased business
2. Work on cold calling as appropriate within your market or geographic area to ensure a robust pipeline of opportunities
3. Meet potential clients by growing, maintaining, and leveraging your network
4. Identify potential clients and the decision-makers within the client organization
5. Research and build relationships with new clients
6. Set up meetings between client decision-makers and the company's practice leaders/principals
7. Plan approaches and pitches & work with the team to develop proposals that speak to the client's needs, concerns, and objectives
8. Handle objections by clarifying, emphasizing agreements, and working through differences to a positive conclusion
9. Use a variety of styles to persuade or negotiate appropriately
10. Present an image that mirrors that of the client

Who can apply

1. Those who are from or open to relocate to Jaipur

2. B. Tech (IT/CS/EC) or MBA (marketing) candidates will be preferred

3. Any graduate with good marketing skills

4. Should have good communication skills

5. Ability to build relationships and quickly develop trust

6. Highly motivated and result-oriented

7. Strong presentation, communication, multitasking, and time management skills

8. Ability to work in a fast-paced team sales environment

9. Experience with MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Duration: 6 months
Salary during probation: 10,000 - 15,000 /month
After probation:

Annual CTC: 3 - 4 LPA

Annual CTC breakup:

1. Fixed component: 80%

2. Variable component: 20%

Informal dress code 5 days a week
