Business Development Executive Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Researching and identifying sales opportunities, generating leads and working on target identification and classification
2. Reaching out to new customers and making presentations or pitching while outlining the benefits of product/services
3. Understanding the client requirements and then customizing the products/services as per their needs
4. Handling cold calling in order to create interest in products and services and generating new business leads and arranging meetings
5. Understanding customers' diverse & specific business needs and applying product knowledge to meet those needs
6. Identifying and developing new business through networking and courtesy and follow up calls
7. Identifying opportunities for further sales and new areas for development through detailed research of the specific industry or market
8. Developing effective sales plans by utilizing a sales methodology
9. Meeting sales targets set by the management and contributing to team targets
10. Handling networking with existing customers in order to maintain links and promote additional products and upgrades
11. Demonstrating a true passion for customer service by proactively seeking ways to delight clients and going above and beyond
12. Maintaining a relationship with all potential and existing clients
13. Reporting the data to the management and gathering market intelligence
