About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Identify and develop strategic relationships with potential customers
2. Develop a strong pipeline of new customers through direct or indirect customer contact and prospecting
3. Work on monitoring and analysis of pipeline to review performance & optimize accordingly to ensure objectives are met
4. Build cross-discipline relationships in the organization & partner closely with the growth and marketing team
5. Maintain strong follow-ups and regular feedback calls
6. Create lead engagement plans and strategy
7. Study the details of each offering and remain abreast of updates to these offerings
8. Work on efficient and effective lead utilization with consistent follow-ups, low turn-around-time (TAT), and increased connectivity with multiple attempts
9. Update and create tailored client proposals and negotiate further to close the deals

1. Those who are from or open to relocate to Delhi, Gurgaon, Pune, Bangalore, Mumbai, Noida and neighboring cities

Other requirements

Should have excellent English communication

Should be ready to work from the office

Have at least 6 months of sales experience

Should have a keen interest in education and innovation along with acumen for sales

Capable of concept selling and understanding business and customer issues

Inherent ability to position, market, and sell an idea or product will be a crucial skillset

Should be dynamic, determined, persistent, and want to be a part of this education revolution

Salary
Duration: 15 days
Salary during probation: ₹10,000 - 25,000 /month
After probation:

Annual CTC: ₹ 3,00,000 - 6,00,000 /year
