About the job
Key responsibilities:

1. Identifying new business development opportunities in global and domestic markets
2. Driving lead generation efforts and new client acquisition through various channels (LinkedIn sales navigator, cold calling & cold emailing)
3. Creating pitches and proposals, including requirements gathering for successful conversion of leads
4. Understanding and analyzing business & technical requirements from clients
5. Conducting introductory calls and following up with clients both online and offline
6. Nurturing leads and follow-ups
7. Working on relationship management with existing and potential clients
8. Working on quality checking of the company's sales processes
9. Developing and implementing new marketing and sales strategies to achieve sales goals and revenues
10. Networking to gain potential leads

MS-Office English Proficiency (Spoken) English Proficiency (Written) Hindi Proficiency (Spoken)
Who can apply

1. Those who are from Ranchi, Delhi and neighboring cities

2. B.Sc, B. Tech, or MBA candidates

3. Must have a strong drive to results and passion for growing businesses

4. Must have knowledge of web and mobile applications development practices

5. Must have a deep understanding of marketing principles

6. Must have excellent oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills

7. Must be self-motivated and a good team player

8. Must have strong decision-making and problem-solving skills

9. Must have the ability to provide quality leadership to the sales team

10. Can work from the office

Duration: 6 months
Salary during probation: 10,000 - 15,000 /month
After probation:

Annual CTC: 3 - 3.6 LPA

Annual CTC breakup:

1. Fixed component: 80%

2. Variable component: 20%
