About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Build and maintain CXO relationships
2. Ensure client engagement and satisfaction
3. Build up business relationships directly with enterprises and through partnerships
4. Negotiate with prospects at several stages of the projects life cycle
5. Prepare estimates and documentation of the ongoing and prospective IT projects
6. Lead various strategic programs to acquire new clients

Salary

Probation:

Annual CTC breakup:

1. Fixed component: 80%

2. Variable component: 20%
