About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Work on sales prospecting to generate qualified leads
2. Develop sales opportunities by researching and identifying potential accounts
3. Identify decision makers within targeted leads to begin the sales process
4. Collaborate with appropriate team members to determine necessary strategic sales approaches
5. Create and deliver qualified opportunities to other team members
6. Maintain and expand the company's database of prospects
7. Conduct need assessment calls with specific prospects
8. Manage follow-ups by passing leads to appropriate team members with calls to action, dates, complete profile information, sources, etc.
9. Handle inbound & unsolicited prospect calls and convert them into sales
10. Overcome objections of prospective customers
11. Enter new customer data and update changes to existing accounts in the corporate database

Annual CTC breakup:
