Key responsibilities:

1. Development and recommendation of marketing tactics and strategies through primary and secondary research
2. Work on qualitative/quantitative/face to face research
3. Handle quality check of the data by listening to the recordings
4. Work on external marketing research, data extraction, list or lead generation
5. Collect information from various locations on the internet such as forums and review websites
6. Design questionnaires/topics guide & a range of research projects i.e CATI & CAWI
7. Work on studies conducted on industries like healthcare, IT, telecom, finance, and more using telephone and CATI software
8. Work on telephonic research and data collection in different regions

Earn certifications in these skills

Learn Business Communication

Other requirements

Should be from tier 1 or tier 2 colleges

Have a minimum of 1-year experience in market research
