About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Communicating with the clients and understanding their requirements
2. Building chatbots for them as per their requirements using our drag n drop bot builder platform
3. Building demo bots and training videos for our platform
4. Maintaining and upgrading our product documentation with new articles as and when new features are released
5. Acting as the first responder on our customer support channel on Facebook messenger

Probation details: The job will start with a probation period of 6 months, during which the salary would be Rs. 10,000 per month.
