Client Service Executive Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Be accountable for every task for delivering before time (have a strike rate of 100% with the help of tracker)
2. Work on weekly & monthly reporting on status and the progress of the project and tasks assigned to the agency
3. Maintain client relationship
4. Work on the innovation of the month for the client (one innovation is to be released every month)
5. Work on increasing revenue
6. Lead the internal and client meetings efficiently and confidently
7. Creates briefs, schedules, and hours estimates for projects
8. Create action items for others and actively monitor their progress
9. Understand, clarify and communicate client requests and changes to the internal teams
10. Proactively offer recommendations to the client to help define or refine campaign objectives and requirements
11. Provide business updates to their direct supervisor through regularly scheduled status meetings
12. Understand the functional areas within the agency and how to engage them
13. Exercise good judgment and seeks guidance when outcomes are uncertain
