The community management associate would be the custodian of all community engagement activities for kids across 13 countries to help build the next generation of confident speakers and creative writers.
Key responsibilities:
A. Work on online event organization
1. Conceptualize and ideate engagement events for students, such as online debates, story-telling, stand-up comedy, etc.
2. Create the monthly activity calendar
3. Drive participation from maximum students
B. Drive online student clubs
1. Conceptualize and create student clubs, such as debating club
2. Work with club leads for formulating the agenda
3. Drive student participation in the clubs
C. Conduct online workshops and webinars
1. Ideate online webinars and workshops for students
2. Find guest teachers for the workshops
3. Drive participation and engagement in the workshops
Willing to work for 6 days a week at a series-A startup
Have a stellar co-curricular record
Based out of Gurgaon or South Delhi or relocatable to these areas
Excellent written and spoken communication skills
Experience in debating, theatre, creative writing
Have handles positions or responsibilities in fest organization
Highly creative bent of mind
A hands-on approach with a strong execution mindset
A keen desire to drive the student community for a fast-growing series-A funded early-stage startup

Annual CTC: ₹ 6,40,000 /year
Annual CTC breakup:
1. Fixed pay: ₹ 560000 /year
