Key responsibilities:

1. Work with mentors to add and update content on the courses
2. Work with senior team members to identify and manage risks
3. Maintain fruitful relationships with clients and address their needs effectively
4. Craft business proposals and contracts to draw in more revenue from clients
5. Review clients' feedback, implement necessary changes and analyze marketing data and user feedback (campaign results, conversion rates, traffic, etc.) to help shape future marketing strategies
6. Remain in tune with trends in consumption to ensure that our offerings remain relevant
7. Work on hiring and managing mentors
8. Manage the sales process to close new business opportunities
9. Work on meeting and exceeding weekly and monthly activity and revenue targets
