About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Work on managing overall responsibility of fulfilling orders received from the eCommerce & website
2. Manage the overall online sales from own website as well as partner websites
3. Work on analyzing prevailing prices & sales trends to make changes in website prices as required
4. Ensure all products, prices, and inventory on the website are correct and updated
5. Coordinate with merchandising, operations, and manufacturing, and accounts team
6. Ensure timely delivery as per assigned deadline for sales & backend support
7. Work on ensuring customer satisfaction with products offered
8. Monitor online customer feedback and website queries
9. Promote Anmol Baby Brand via online media
10. Work on the planning & execution of marketing campaigns through agencies for generating more traffic to the Anmol Baby website
11. Put up attractive content & design sources from the creative team
12. Co-ordinate with shopping websites issues with 3rd party vendors

Salary
Duration: 4 months
Salary during probation: ₹15,000 - 17,000 /month
After probation:

Annual CTC: ₹ 3,00,000 - 3,10,000 /year

Annual CTC breakup:

1. Fixed component: 80%

2. Variable component: 15%

3. Other incentives: 5%
