Design graduates would be preferred
Ideation & creative thinking: Graphics for each product involve creating a new visual identity, we look forward to fresh, innovative, and on-trend ideas
High energy and enthusiasm: Keep up with and propel the company’s current growth trajectory
Goal-oriented approach: Design required iterations and great design sometimes comes with even more iterations
Must be proactive in anticipating the design needs of a project and sensitive to the timelines and must have dedication and commitment to the goal
Hands-on approach: Even as we foray into new global frontiers, our approach is very hands-on. everyone, from the CEO to the executives take pride in owning their project and doing everything that it takes to get the job done
Being creative with knowledge of STEM, and AR, prior background, and skill set in this space is a big plus
Must be comfortable with kids (we’re a toy company, we love kids and we hope you do too)
Knowledge of the basics and a high level of comfort with Illustrator & Photoshop
Comfortable with Premiere Pro
Good communication skills
Time management skills
Annual CTC: ₹ 3,50,000 - 4,50,000 /year
Annual CTC breakup:
1. Fixed component: 85%
2. Variable component: 15%
