The 'Curriculum Developer' is a key role at PlanetSpark. This is an opportunity to build the fastest growing English language learning company for kids to shape the future of the next generation of confident speakers. The incumbent will own the design and implementation of public speaking/communication skills content for the company. The curriculum developer will be the sole custodian for all learning content onPublicSpeakingtaught at PlanetSpark. Thus, this will be a very high-impact role in the company.
Key responsibilities:
A. Content Development:
1. Lead the design and development content public speaking across different age groups
2. Holistically craft the course curriculum to incorporate the overall learning experience of the child through different means such as lessons, activities, projects, contests, and portfolios
B. Research & Pedagogy
1. Research and implement pedagogical changes to ensure activity-based engaging learning experiences for the children
C. Quality:
1. Design a process for ensuring 100% error-free content in a scalable manner
2. Create mechanisms to measure the efficacy of the content
D. Learning Outcomes & Projects:
1. Create summative and formative assessments to measure the learning outcomes of the students
2. Implement project-based learning to help kids learn through projects and demonstrate expertise
Annual CTC: ₹ 6,40,000 /year
Annual CTC breakup:
1. Fixed pay: ₹ 560000 /year
2. Variable pay: ₹ 80000 /year
Candidate Profile:
1. Bachelors or Masters in English literature or mass communication
2. Exceptional written abilities
3. Excellent communication skills and creative thinking
